Pleasure of listening – retrospective optimization of room acoustics

The evangelic church of Dortmund Brackel was acoustically improved by A500 absorbers at the cantilevered wooden ceiling. It can now be used for musical events, lectures, meetings, etc.

The absorber module A500 has a highly effective sound-absorbing core (permanently flame retardant), which is free of mineral fibers, chlorinated compounds, CFCs and halogens. A stable, surrounding frame supports this core. The absorber is covered with an acoustically transparent fabric (front and side) that does not affect the absorption effect. We can supply different fabrics like our own or fabric from the manufacturer Camira.

The A500 can be used both as a wall and as a ceiling module. The modules can be wall-mounted via screw hooks, ceiling mounting is provided by a high quality stainless steel rope system. All absorber sizes up to 215 x 120 cm can be supplied. The overall depth of the frame is approximately 53 mm.
