Listening room with «acoustic cabinet wall»

A lively, yet controlled sounding room, where people like to stay even when music is turned off.

After the grown up Children have moved out, our customer took not long to decide to charge us with the planning of a new listening room in the newly available space. Although the room acoustics should match the high quality reference class stereo system, a homely and cozy atmosphere was demanded. The “acoustic cabinet wall” does not only create badly needed storage space, but also includes broadband absorbers and tuned bass traps. Like this, the apparent contradiction between acoustic and design does not arise in the first place.
